1、 How to waterproof outdoor LED display
1. Front waterproof
1） Confirm whether the PH10 outdoor unit board is on the magnet or screw, (the screw effect is good, but the magnet is slightly poor);
2) There is no waterproof slot on the unit board kit. If there is one, the front waterproof is OK, even if the unit board is fixed by magnet.
2. Back waterproof
1) If it is a small screen, the back can be directly cut with aluminum-plastic plate and sealed with self tapping screws. Remember to drill holes at the bottom of the frame with a 12cm electric drill for drainage;
2) If it is a large screen with a relatively large height (more than 1 m), it is better to weld the frame with stainless steel, cover it with a door at the back, and punch a drainage hole at the bottom.
2、 How to lighten the outdoor LED display screen
1. Protection against direct lightning: install lightning rod on the support structure of LED display screen (outdoor), indoor LED display screen or LED display screen of tall buildings nearby, it is unnecessary to install lightning rod.
2. For the counterattack of the steel structure, connect the rigid structure with the shell of the LED display screen, do a good job of equipotential and grounding. The grounding resistance value is generally required to be less than 10 ohms. If the resistance value fails to meet the requirements, additional artificial grounding grid shall be made, and the lightning arrester shall also be grounded.
3. For the lightning current induced on the power line, a single-phase or three-phase power lightning protector is installed on the power line. The cross-sectional area of the phase line shall not be less than 10 mm square, and the cross-sectional area of the connecting ground wire shall not be less than 16 mm square.
4. For the lightning current induced on the signal line, a signal lightning protector is installed on the signal line. The signal lightning arrester is determined according to the signal interface of the system. If it is a network cable, the network signal lightning arrester shall be installed, and the DB9 interface lightning arrester shall be installed for the serial interface, etc. The sectional area of the connecting ground wire shall not be less than 1.5mm square.
5. For the induced current of lightning stroke, a special distribution box and cabinet can protect the interference of the whole circuit system to the induced current of lightning stroke more comprehensively and effectively.
