During the construction of civil engineering projects, the installation space of the display screen needs to be reserved in advance. During the actual installation, only the steel structure of the display screen needs to be made to embed the display screen in the building wall, and enough maintenance space needs to be reserved on the back.
2. Wall mounted installation: it is mostly suitable for the installation of indoor LED display screen, with a small area (less than 10 square meters), and the wall is required to be a solid wall. Hollow brick or simple partition wall are not suitable for this installation method.
3. Hanging installation: it is mostly suitable for large places such as station LED electronic display screen and airport LED electronic display screen, and plays the role of indication signs. Small screen area is required. (less than 10 square meters) it is required to have a suitable installation place. For example, there is a beam or lintel above, and the screen body generally needs to be covered with a back cover.
Ordinary hanging is applicable to the single box display screen with a total weight of less than 50kg. It can be directly hung on the load-bearing wall without reserving maintenance space. The display box adopts the front maintenance design, and the display screen can be lifted from the bottom during maintenance.
The rack mounting is applicable to the general outdoor display screen. At the same time, considering the difficulty of display screen maintenance, steel structure support is adopted between the screen body and the wall, and 800mm maintenance space needs to be reserved. The space is equipped with maintenance facilities such as berm and ladder, and auxiliary equipment such as power distribution cabinet, air conditioner, axial fan and lighting are installed,
4. Column installation: it is mostly used for the installation of outdoor advertising LED electronic display screen, which has a wide field of vision and relatively open places around, such as squares, parking lots, etc. According to the size of the screen area, it can be divided into single column and double column installation. The column mounted is suitable for the installation of LED display screen in the open space, and the outdoor screen is installed on the column. In addition to the screen steel structure, the column type also needs to make concrete or steel columns, mainly considering the geological conditions of the foundation.
5. Roof mounted installation: it is mainly applicable to outdoor advertising LED electronic display. The installation location is mainly on the roof of the building. With the increase of building height, the wind protection level to be considered will also increase.
6. The pedestal structure is to build a wall with concrete structure on the ground that is enough to support the whole LED display screen, and build a steel structure on the wall to install the display screen. 800mm maintenance space needs to be reserved for the steel structure to place relevant equipment and maintenance facilities.
