(1) Selection of Switching Power Supply: Choose a switching power supply that can meet the rated power required for actual use, to avoid the actual load exceeding the rated power of the switching power supply, which may cause the switching power supply to be overloaded and burn out, leading to fire.
(2) LED selection: Do not blindly require the screen body to achieve a high brightness effect, which can easily lead to device aging, reduce service life, and easily cause aging and fire. While we choose LEDs that correspond to brightness, a LED display enterprise with rich design experience will recommend an additional 20% margin at the beginning of the design. This way, the designed module generally has a low current (P16 static module current is around 7-8A, video average current is around 2-3A), and the product is efficient, stable, and energy-saving;
(4) Power supply line: Detailed understanding of whether the module power distribution is balanced in the DC power supply line, whether the AC power supply line has multiple outputs, and whether the output power of each phase is balanced are all causes of line fires.
