as far as the structure of outdoor full-color led display screen is concerned, the first module should be outdoor full-waterproof module, the second module should be painted with three anti-paint on the back, and the third, the box should be waterproof box with good sealing.
generally, outdoor led display cabinets require waterproof testing. after many tests, it is necessary to ensure that the protection level reaches ip65, so as to realize waterproof in real sense, before the final shipment is delivered to customers. in addition, the perishable parts of the structure of the led display panel are mainly metal pillars, circuit boards, wiring terminals and joints, and the steam sensitive parts are circuit boards and pins of electronic components. other parts are engineering plastics (polycarbonate), epoxy, rubber, etc., which are insensitive to water vapor.
the current trend is that more and more customers have more requirements on the structure of waterproof box of led display screen, and begin to develop to light and easy to disassemble box, but from a professional point of view, not completely closed, light and thin can certainly play a waterproof effect, box structure only plays the role of dust and foreign bodies. small space is not conducive to heat dissipation, and if a large area of water intake, it is not conducive to treatment and maintenance.
