the installation methods of led display screen are divided into indoor installation and outdoor installation. the installation of led display is based on the construction site, but generally speaking, the most commonly used installation methods are as follows: mounting, erecting, seating, ground support installation, column type, mosaic type and roof type. when installing outdoors, it is usually necessary to draw construction drawings or steel structure drawings of led display screen.
1. installation of outdoor display screen
outdoor led display panel has a large area, and its steel structure design considers many factors, such as foundation, wind load, magnitude, waterproof, dust-proof, environmental temperature, lightning protection and so on. in the steel structure, distribution cabinet, air conditioning, axial fan, lighting and other auxiliary equipment should be placed, as well as maintenance facilities such as horseway and climbing ladder. the whole outdoor screen structure should meet the protection level below ip65.

inserted structure is to cut holes in the wall, and to insert the display screen inside, the size of the hole should be in line with the size of the outer frame of the display screen, and proper decoration should be done. in order to facilitate the maintenance of the hole on the wall, it must be through, otherwise the front disassembly mechanism should be adopted.
