in the process of using full-color led display device, it is inevitable that sometimes there will be trouble. today, we will introduce how to distinguish and judge the fault diagnosis method of full-color led display screen.
step 1: check whether the graphics card settings are set up properly. the settings are available in the cd-rom electronic file as required. please consult.
step 2: check the basic connection of the system, such as dvi line, whether the network line socket is correct, the connection between main control card and pc pci cable, serial line connection, etc. the connection method has already been illustrated, please consult carefully for reference.
step 3: check whether the computer and led power supply system meets the requirements. when the power supply of the led panel is insufficient, the screen will flicker when the display is close to white (which consumes more power). a suitable power supply is prepared according to the power demand of the box.
step 4: check whether the green light of the sending card flickers regularly, flickers to step 6. if it does not flicker, restart and check whether the green light flickers regularly before entering win98/2k/xp. if flickering turns to step 2, please check whether the dvi wiring is well connected. if the problem is not solved, it is one of the sending card, graphics card and dvi wiring. if there is a fault, please repeat step 3 after replacing it separately.
step 5: please follow the instructions of the software to set up or reinstall it, until the green light of the sending card flickers, otherwise repeat step 3.
step 6: check whether the receiving card green light (data lamp) flickers synchronously with the sending card green light. if the flicker flickers to step 8, check whether the red light (power supply) is on. if it turns to step 7, check whether the yellow light (power protection) is on. if it does not turn on, check whether the power supply is connected back or the power supply has no output. if it turns on, check whether the power supply voltage is 5v, for example. turn off the power supply, remove the adapter card and the wiring and try again. if the problem is not solved, replace the receiving card and repeat step 6.
step 7: check whether the network line is well connected or too long (the longest distance of the network line without repeater is less than 100 meters), check whether the network line is made according to the standard (please refer to the installation and setup of the system). if the problem is not solved, replace the receiving card, repeat step 6.
step 8: check whether the power lamp of the large led screen is on or not. if it is not on, check whether the interface definition line of the adapter card matches the unit board. note: after most of the screens are connected, it is possible that some of the boxes have no pictures or fancy screens. because the rj45 interface of the network cable is not firmly connected, or the power supply of the receiving card is not connected, the signal has not been transmitted, so please re-unplug the network cable (or replace it), or plug in the power supply of the receiving card (pay attention to the direction) can be solved. problem.
